Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, a 2008 and potential 2012 presidential candidate told F & F activist Shawn Gliklich, MD “family courts absolutely need reform.” Giuliani is the 5th presidential (or likely presidential) candidate who has come out in favor of family court reform via Fathers and Families’ recently.

I'd like to point out to those of you who want to believe the anti-father, women's rights groups who want to make this a gender war or a poor little victim-hood party . . . Nobody is buying it anymore. The days of the feminist judges and activists destroying people and families for profit and misguided politics is coming to an end. Sooner or later this racket will collapse. There are too many bodies piled up now. Too many sisters, mothers and grandparents have had a son, an uncle, a brother or somebody that had their kids unconstitutionally, immorally and brutally stolen and taken from them by this branch of government known as the Judiciary and the family court. Too many families have been plundered by this court in collusion with blood sucking attorneys and cottage industries created by court orders. Too many people have been fleeced. Too many kids lost. Too many grandchildren, nieces and nephews have been violently ripped away from them and never to be seen again or completely damaged by the time they did see them again. All of the group think arguments and justifications I have heard attorneys and judges (D2 Appeals and Supremes included) use to justify the family court were paralleled in the late 1930's by the Nazis and SS Stormtroopers. Let me remind you that what Adolph Hitler did in Nazi Germany was made "legal" too. So, go ahead, send a donation because Freedom is not Free and as Thomas Jefferson once proclaimed "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance." We (all of us) are now paying a big price for our collective lack of vigilance over the last few decades. The courts of this land were never intended to be a place of legalized extortion and racketeering. Judges (or any branch of government) were never supposed to be unaccountable to anyone let alone colluding with private associations and filling out time cards for DSHS while ordering garnishments to help fund the nanny state. There is a lot of ground to take back in restoring this country and our damaged civil liberties, freedoms and fatherhood. So, cut a check or donate on line. These men and women at F&F (yes, that's right, women too) are good Americans working within the scope of civility to help restore what has gone so far astray. Donate today!
